About the Villa

Spacious villa that can easily accommodate two families. It is a 120 square meter house divided in two parts, with four bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms and two separate entrances. Large private backyard is available for all kinds of activities: grilling, sports, playing or just basking in the sun in a comfortable hammock. Cozy sitting area under the shade of grapes, surrounded with flowers gives you an opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors. An area 8 times 3 meters, exactly next to the house, in the same premises, allows you safe parking at any time.

Ivana's place was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything within the property was meticulous and organized. The beds were comfortable and there were all the amenities you could need during our stay. She provided detailed instructions which made for easy check in and check out. The place is really amazing! We were 4 people and have stayed 6 nights there and what I can say is that we had a fantastic time spent in Serenity Vila. The house is great, equipped with everything you may need and the distance to the beach is about 15 min walking. We have visited some other beaches but the beach of Skala Potamia is maybe the best - it is very big and there is enough space, the water is very clean also. Our host Ivana is a very charming person, incredible as host and make you feel as at home. I personally and our whole group truly recommend this place to everyone. Serenity Vila is awesome, without exception!

We loved to stay in Ivana's house. Everything is like in the description. It is very tidy and it's a pleasure to cook in the kitchen. We very enjoyed stay in Ivana's house- perfect comunication, clean and modern apartment with a great location- beautiful view and You can see Sunrise from the balcony. One of the best beaches in Thasos island is just in 5 minutes walking distance.

An ideal apartment for family vacations - in calm neighborhood with high level of privacy but close to everything - beaches, mini- and supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, boulangeries. If you prefer explore the island by car there is an exit to the main circle road in 200m, bus stop is also quite close as well as taxi station. The apartments are well equipped and maintained in very good condition and we feel ourselves like being at home thanks to Ivana’s and Kosta’s warm welcome. Highly recommended.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft ruhige Lage , für Familie (4Leute) oder für zwei Pärchen perfekt geeignet. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar!! Wen ich nochmal nach Thassos reisen sollte dann nur da!!

Ivana and her husband were perfect hosts, always communicative, paying attention to our needs and taking care of us. They also provided flexible check in and check out hours, which was so helpful. The house was very clean, fully equipped & furnished. We were 8 people, it was a perfect stay and the house satisfied all our needs. It has a great garden, huge balconies and a parking lot for two cars. The location is also great, you can walk to the golden beach in ten minutes.Strongly reccomended
