The Villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, away from traffic and touristic fuss, but
only 10 minutes walk away from the promenade along the beach. There you can
find a large variety of cafes, taverns, souvenir shops and markets.
On the promenade you can find kiosks which offer boat trips and scuba diving, a
whole day experience from a different perspective.
There is also a taxi station, as well as the bus station on the main crossroad of
Skala Potamia. Nearby you can also find offices that rent cars, ATVs and
motorbikes.
In case you need a medical care there is a medical center on the main crossroad in
Skala Potamia. The closest pharmacy is in the Potamia village, 2 km from the
house.
